1. Course Enrolment
1.1 Booking and Payments: Course bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting our admissions team. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the course.
1.2 Course Confirmation: Your enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during booking, containing course details, schedules, and access instructions.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing via email to our admissions team at info@teachertrainingacademy.co.uk. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
• Cancellations of more than 14 days will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available course.
• Cancellation of courses or individual places made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled training date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total course fees per learner, in addition to any costs associated with the provision of an instructor.
• Cancellation of courses or individual places made within 7 days of the scheduled training date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total course fees per learner, in addition to any costs associated with the provision of an instructor.
• In all cases, 1 transfer/change of course date is available. Further transfers and changes will incur the full course fee being made payable.
2.2 Course Changes: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient enrolment or instructor availability. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be offered.
3. Online Course Access
3.1 Course Materials: Upon enrolment, you will receive access to course materials and resources through our online learning platform. Course content is for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed without prior permission.
3.2 Online Course Access withdrawal: Once your course access has expired, you will automatically lose access to your online learning materials. You will need to make contact with your tutor to arrange further access if your course has lapsed.
3.2 Technical Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technical requirements (e.g., internet access, compatible device) to access and participate in online courses. We are not liable for any technical issues arising from your equipment or internet connection.
4. Withdrawals and Transfers
4.1 Withdrawal Policy: If you wish to withdraw from a course after it has commenced, you must notify us in writing. Withdrawal requests may be subject to an administrative fee of £50 or forfeiture of course fees, depending on the circumstances.
4.2 Course Transfers: Requests to transfer to another course must be made in writing and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for course transfers.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership: All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and online content, are the intellectual property of the Teacher Training Academy and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify course materials without prior written consent.
6. Liability
6.1 Limitation of Liability: While we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of course content or website information. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on the information provided.
7. Governing Law
7.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1 Amendments: We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
